September 11, 2018/in Uncategorized/by damg

Getting a small child such as a newborn or baby to sleep can be a challenge for many parents. And when they finally do get their child to sleep, whether it is in their car seat or in their swing, they often don’t want to disturb them to transfer them into their crib in fear that they are going to wake up and won’t want to go back to sleep. If you are a parent and this is something you deal with on a day to day basis, there are some important things you should be aware of that could help save your child’s life when it comes to allowing your child to remain sleeping in their car seat or placing them in one for a nap. National Child Passenger Safety Week is Approaching: Here’s What You Need to Know

September 6, 2018/in Uncategorized/by damg

Were you aware that the National Safety Council recognizes the last week of September as National Child Passenger Safety Week? The reason this week is devoted to child passenger safety is because “car crashes are the leading cause of death for children ages one to 13” [Source: U.S. Department of Transportation]. At each stage of a young child’s life, they are required to be properly restrained, whether that means in a car seat or even a booster seat. However, because many parents and caregivers fail to properly restrain their children, they wind up sustaining life-threatening and even fatal injuries in the event a car wreck occurs. Read more

How Do I File a Claim Against the State of Indiana?

August 30, 2018/in Uncategorized/by damg

After engaging in an accident in the state of Indiana, you may have determined that the state was liable for causing it to occur. While you may be under the impression that the state should automatically be held accountable for your injuries and/or damages, not always will you be permitted to file a claim against it. Read more

Indiana Semi-Truck Driver Crashes After Trying to Swat Fly

August 2, 2018/in Uncategorized/by damg

Distractions are all around us when we are driving. Between the shiny billboards and drivers in fancy cars catching our attention, it’s hard not to always keep your eyes focused on the road. Aside from that, many motorists also have their phones sitting in their laps dinging or ringing, letting them know someone is trying to get in contact with them. The point is, distractions are everywhere and far too often, we let them get the best of us when we are driving. Read more

Each year car and SUV manufacturers compete to create the newest, most exciting accessories to add luxury, style, and safety to their vehicles.
